Help with live-streaming the worship service each Sunday and during special events in the Sanctuary. Learn to use the video camera and sound equipment.
Chair - Brenda Austin
Help create cards for our visitors and homebound church members to be used for celebrations and concerns. This is a great opportunity to share your talents and creativity. This Ministry is on a summer hiatus but will start back in the fall. It will meet the third Thursday of the month following the Women of Grace meeting.

The Care Group helps us reconnect, welcome new members and visitors, and begin our journey together as a church family. All members are assigned to a care group leader who communicates information about the church, checks on their needs, prays for them and provides encouragement and support.

Nursery/Preschool Volunteers are needed to work with the children during the worship hour along with a nursery assistant. You will work with a rotating team of volunteers. Materials and instructions are provided. This is a rewarding opportunity that can help lead our little ones to Christ.

Do you have experience making videos and editing? Could you help make short presentations for use on the BRMC website or Facebook pages? If you enjoy taking photos of people and events and making videos, this is the team for you!

If you are interested in discipleship and assisting with the instruction and preparation of study courses and materials, join the Discipleship Team.

Evangelism Committee-Helps plan events to bring the community to our campus and come into the life of the church. You will help plan, develop, and participate in community events representing BRMC.
The Net Team members greet and get to know our visitors one Sunday a month, arriving at 10:00 am and remaining after the service to say thanks for coming. Instructions and procedures are provided.

We believe that God cares about our body, soul, mind, and spirit, and promoting healthy living and caring for our neighbors is an expression of Christian love and service. If you have health care experience or a passion for healthy living this ministry is for you.

Comfort Meals, Fellowship Meals, & Reception volunteers are needed to help when we prepare, serve, or clean up at receptions, church gatherings, or prepare
comfort meals for members needing assistance.
Coffee Bar Hosts set up, serve, and clean the Hospitality Bar one Sunday a month starting at 9:30 am. Instructions and supplies are provided.

Help with landscaping on the church campus to plant, weed beds, spread mulch, and replace plants.

Help collect items in need and deliver them within the community. Volunteer to join a team willing to work hands-on when needed during a crisis. Help plan and coordinate a local mission effort for our church to meet the needs of our community.

Joyful Ringers Handbell Choir – Mike Withers
This is where you can share your talent and love of music. Whether you sing, play an instrument, or want to learn to play the handbells, we would love to have you. Share your love for praise music or perform in a small instrumental group.
Volunteers are needed to help with special mailings and to man the phones when the staff is on vacation or out of the office.
Money counters are also needed each Sunday after the service to help count the offering and prepare the deposits for the next day.
This seasonal ministry takes care of assembling, collecting, and delivering Shoe Boxes with gifts for children around the world and allows you to participate in an evangelism and discipleship program that spreads the word of Jesus Christ around the world.

Helping hands are needed to help maintain the garden, monitor brochure availability, check for prayer requests, and assist with special Prayer Garden programs such as Easter Sunrise Service, National Day of Prayer Service, and Veteran's Day Prayer Service.
If you cannot help physically, your prayers for this ministry and those who visit the garden daily are welcome. Invite your friends, family, and co-workers to visit and experience its comfort and strength.

If you have a heart for God, a heart for prayer, and a heart for Christ's church, then join the Prayer Warriors. When a prayer request is received, the BRMC Prayer Warriors are called to action and reach out to God through prayer to advocate for those in need.

Worship Coordinator - TBD
Coordinates volunteers who serve Communion on the first Sunday of each month and Christmas Eve, decorates the altar for worship each Sunday, and seasonal activities including Easter, Advent, and Christmas. Assists with Praise Team and Choir worship planning.
Chair - Ken Lazere
Serve on a team of four ushers who serve each Sunday for a month. Be available to help out at special worship services such as seasonal services and/or funeral/ memorial services. Coordinate with the Security Team to ensure safety during worship services.
